Improves Air Quality & Efficiency
When trying to improve your indoor air quality, the condition of your HVAC system plays a factor. All the air passes through the air handler and evaporator coils from the HVAC system that is most often times located in the attic, but may be in the garage or on top of the roof. Depending on how well maintained your system is, additional HVAC cleaning may be needed to best improve your air quality. However, a clean HVAC system also increases the efficiency and lowers power consumption. This adds even more value to having your HVAC system cleaned. It’s also very important to have your outside AC unit cleaned before heading into the summer’s heat.
Our DEEP CLEAN service involves inspecting and cleaning the Air Handler and Evaporator Coils. We also have access to plenums and trunk lines allowing us to pull even more dirt out of the air ducts.
Prior to performing the service we will inspect the HVAC for no additional charge, take photos, and then discuss options with you. Once finished with an HVAC cleaning, we seal your unit, check for leakage, and continue our air duct cleaning service.
