Although NADCA will recommend 2-5 years, we believe it depends on lifestyle and sensitivity. Pets, kids, types of allergies, and lifestyle can all play a factor in how fast and how many different allergens develop over time. We recommend getting your air ducts professionally cleaned once upon first move in, and then waiting until you feel you may have symptoms of poor indoor air quality. Small air purifiers throughout the home and changing your filters consistently will also help prolong the need for another air duct cleaning.

Not at all -we work around you and your home. We typically start upstairs or on one side of the home and move throughout the home in a circle. So you can easily stay in one area, then change places once we complete an area of your home. 

What’s unique about us is we use a truck mounted negative air system for our air duct cleaning service. So majority of the noise is outside your home, allowing you to work from home. It’s also a lot less stressful on pets and kids.

Not if you use a professional company, using professional equipment and techniques. When you hear the horror stories of dust and dirt everywhere after a duct cleaning, it’s most often the companies that do not follow proper procedures, or companies that invest very little in their duct cleaning equipment. A sign that they are more interested in your money rather then improving your air quality. With that said, the nature of our work involves cleaning dust and dirt, so depending on the condition of the home, a little bit of dust from removing registers or moving throughout the home may be unavoidable, but we do a great job of cleaning up afterwards. 

Several factors determine when you will need a dryer vent cleaning again. We always recommend getting your dryer vent cleaned professionally once when moving in. After you will know what type of dryer vent you have and how often it needs to be cleaned. Some dryer vents get clogged easier then others and require a yearly cleaning – others some customers can go several years before any issues will arise. It’s best to pay attention to signs of a clogged dryer vent (dryer shutting off, dryer not getting hot, laundry taking several loads to dry, smell of burnt lint).

This largely depends on the activity within your property, how often your Heat or AC is running, and what quality of filters you use. Most air filters need changing every 30-90 days. We also encourage using washable air filters allowing you to have clean filters as often as you want creating less trash. 

No Problem. On our first visit to your home or business we will measure and let you know your filters sizes. We have extra filter sizes on hand, but may not have an irregular size during your service.
